Just played a match against Serina and her cryo bomb AoE and seismic blast damage seems unchanged.
I think the recharge may may have been extended but that’s all I can really tell.
The damage I think is unaffected, but the radius of both has been reduced.
Edit: Damage has been reduced slightly from the cryo blast.
