For the update only being out for a few hours me and a few friends feel like a bit has changed: feels like the wait time for shield recharge is longer, die faster, it’s harder to hit your target.
I am not saying that they are a huge difference, but they are noticeable to me.
Has anyone else felt a similar difference or is it just me?
I had so much lag today I couldn’t tell. With lag the magnum is an 9 shot kill anyway haha. I think varying degrees of latency/lag whatever affect us more than we realize. Those days when you die and they don’t and you cant figure it out, so you go play something else because it’s “I suck at halo today”.
Not to burst anyone’s bubble, but it wasn’t the March update. They were just putting in a grifball boundary.

Then why is OP’s wait time for shield recharge is longer, he dies faster, and it’s harder to hit he’s target?
Coincidence?! I think not!
Okay, I see it’s hard to see sarcasm in writing, no OP, this was just minor fixes for griftball.

Not to burst your own bubble with a correction, but this update specifically fixes invisible boundaries.
Before this hotfix, Invisible barriers wouldn’t spawn anywhere but Forge unless you toggled Spawn at Start or delayed the spawning of them to occur after the map loading for those pieces.
The grifball boundary issue being resolved was just a symptom of that fix, among all the other Forge maps in which this bug affected. (which was pretty much any Forge Map that used invisible barriers) They also fixed the Gravity Volumes that stopped working as a part of the update. Overall, they were pretty swift.
Do minor changes to Grifball effect my times sitting in matchmaking? Cuz I’ve been looking for a game all night.
