I haven’t heard much about it but it is getting a little frustrating in Halo Reach matchmaking. Is it being nerfed or being in matchmaking?

That one video of a Shotgun guy killing a Jetpacking guy on Haven makes it look like it’s in Multiplayer…

There has been a video with a guy using a jetpack in the Halo 4 beta.
The chances of seeing it in the final game are VERY high. If not 100% confirmed.
But besides that, we have no idea how it functions.

It is not offically confirmed for multiplayer but there is a video of the Halo 4 beta showing a player using jetpack.
So I guess it will be in

Yes it’s in matchmaking but its changed less OP.
It could be a jetpack in a beta build of the game, or it could be a placeholder for Thruster Pack, which is a theory that has been running around the internet recently. If the jetpack is fully confirmed, I only prey that it is more of a jump pack than a rocket strapped to your back.
The jetpack was in the beta (im a beta tester (interal beta)) its different from reach the way i would describe would be more of a jump pack then a jetpack.

OP - The jet pack has been nerfed from what reach introduced, but it has also been upgraded to be include different possibilities Reach never did. Just be patient, you’ll see…
I’m not trolling you dude but just because it was in the beta doesn’t mean it’s in the full game things change dude. But if jetpack does return it will probaly be something simpliar to the jumppack like jetpack of the beta.

Yeah, I know it will probably be nerfed to a jump pack. In fact, I expect it to be nerfed. I know 343i aren’t stupid enough to just throw it in like it was in Reach without any balanced modifications. People would riot; some would literally riot. Maps would be broken, people would leave and die hard fans that stay would be sadface, myself included. By the way, I was just making sure you really meant that you were a beta tester. I kinda diddn’t believe you at first, but after this reply, You convinced me.
Truthfully, jetpack is my only worry with Halo 4, but if it becomes more like a jump pack, then I will be content with all of 343i’s decisions.
