Has Halo support just given up?

I have multiple tickets 20+ days old.
Not to mention it’s not really a trivial task reporting people with proof. It takes a considerable amount of time with little to no reward for it.
I don’t bother reporting 90% of team killers we encounter only the ones that have a serious impact on the outcome of the game because of the effort it takes.

Seriously what’s the point enforcing an issue that’s almost a month old of some dope team killing.
We’re also only told “Thank you for your submission. We have reviewed it and taken action as appropriate.”
What?, What action was appropriate. At lest let us know what was done about it.
We don’t know if these players are receiving a warning, temp ban or they decided to not bother doing anything about it at all.

If action has been taken then the team don’t really need to elaborate further than that, any enforcement against a player is between that player and the team at 343.

Reporting issues shouldn’t require any kind of reward, the real reward there is helping to make Halo a nice environment to play in for yourself and others.

I understand and fully agree with that sentiment which is why I continue to report players.
The latter part was written in the moment out of frustration. The fact remains that these issues are still rampant and it “seems” like nothing is been done about it.
The main point of the post however is that the tickets are going unresolved for very long times.
