I’m just curious the population seems awful for a AAA title, and I stopped playing a while ago. But I’m just curious if it feels as dead as it looks because right now I see more Halo 3 on my friends list being played then Halo 4.
No, the holidays gave it a bit of a boost.

Actually, Halo 4 is the second most played game on XBL, if you believe the charts. It’s doing fine.

Horrible logic as to why there are so many complaint threads. Have you ever thought that maybe the game is just not as good as the previous Halo games.

So you dont play HALO 4 anymore so you thought you would take time out of your day from playing other games to come to the HALO 4 forums to ask others if they feel the same way as you do and even run a worthless poll that only those who feel like you do will press “no”
So you have not played the game for 2 months…games only been out 3 months in a weeks time, so you played it for a month, then went and played something else…would you like a medal for that?
All the negativity on this site is boring, some people try to discuss things about the game, and even give feedback in order to try and enhance the game, but what do you think that a thread by someone who hasnt played the game for 2 months really means, so you have no idea what changes have been made, or tried the new DLC or the Infinity Challenge or anything else for that matter
Go back to the other games you play instead

OT: The games been dieing for ages and once all the Christmas scrub go, we’ll be down to under a hundred thousand unique each day and continue that downward trend that 343 seem to love.

I am enjoying the game actually, but taking a break from the MP as recently reached SR130 so spending time playing the games I got for Xmas and enjoying gaming with friends whilst discussing HALO 4 with those who can see beyond their self entitled “you killed HALO for me wahhhhhh”

define ages please… since the games been out about 3 months. I have plenty of friends on my friends list that play halo still as well do i.

Yeah I havent played the game in two months and your answer is PAY for dlc map packs I already know suck for a game I didnt enjoy, or PAY for spartan Ops which is a horribly boring playlist filled with AFK’ers. The reason I came on here is because I saw how AWFUL the population looked and I wanted to know if it felt as dead as it looked. I’m still a fan of halo so I have a right to use these forums just because I dont enjoy a crappy CoD ripoff doesnt mean I’m not allowed to post in the forums for the favorite game of my childhood. The reasonI got on here was the population, and the reason the population is so low is because its a bad game. And now I realize the only people left playing it are 12 year old 343 buttsuckers like you. I’m glad I quit playing halo, 343 ruined a great franchise and the game is dead as hell right now. I’m going to sell this game and go buy an actual quality game like farcry 3, XCOM, or GTA 5. This whole franchise has gone to hell and its no wonder its lost its hardcore fan base whos has been with it since CE. But I’ll tell you what I will do and thats what I told myself I would do 2 months ago when I stopped playing and thats wait for the TU to see if this game can actually be passed off as playable. And Halo 4 is just collecting dust waiting for this update and then I’ll go stimulate the economy and keep us away from that nasty fiscal cliff and sell this game and never by another halo again.

“Christmas scrub” how lovely.
The only Halo game that is dead on the xbox is Halo 2 and is only that way because there are no servers for it. The same will go for Halo 4 one day, it will not die until it is forced to, people enjoy the game even though the minority don’t. (yeah I said it, MINORITY) Ooooo Halo doesn’t have big numbers anymore, there is many more reasons why other than “343 killed the game”.
The simple fact that 3 months into a major AAA title like halo 4’s launch someone has to question if its dead tells me all I need to do. And the fact that your saying that multiple other members are asking the same question is your proof. It took them three months to kill possibly the most hyped game of this generation, congratulations 343 maybe you should have stayed unique instead of “adapting” to CoD. Just remember its always better to be unique then to give into to peer pressure, you should have learned that in grade school.

HALO will not miss or even notice your absence, it hasnt for the last two months until you decided to troll the forums, with your out of date view on the game, a population you know nothing about as you dont play the game anymore
When the day happens and you cant get a full team for the game mode you try or full match for regicide then its a problem, but right now, and since launch, thats not been an issue
Enjoy Far Cry 3, its an amazing game…but its MP is way worse then HALO 4
Yes me being 2 months without playing has an outdated view on a game that hasnt changed at all in the 2 months since I havent played it.

The 343 defense squad has to make up something so your argument seems irrelevant.
I too haven’t played Halo 4 in a while but it doesn’t mean that i don’t care how the game turns out or that I don’t like discussing Halo in general.
