So I’ve been playing a few games today, and Ive noticed its no longer possible to get a perfect with a BR. I should have got about a dozen today so far, but its taking 5 headshots minimum to kill anyone. I’ve checked my connection, 76mb/s down, 20 up and 11ms of ping so its definitely not that. Checked router etc. Is this actually a change because I’m experiencing zero connection issues, yet its impossible for me to 4-shot someone with the BR. What the hell is going on? I keep turning away expecting people to be dead then get killed
its still a 4sk…its either ur aim or connection
It’s still a 4 shot you’re just missing your shots mate
You could also grab a friend and go to custom games and try to see if you can hit the 4 shots
Please don’t patronise me. I know when I’ve missed a shot, even if the game didn’t actually make it apparent if you’ve hit or missed, and its not my connection. No other weapon is affected. I’m still perfectly 5-shotting with magnums and DMRs. Only the BR is affected.
I would go to custom games and investigate this. I’ve been playing all day, and haven’t noticed anything different with the BR, which I’ve used pretty extensively in doubles.

I don’t know anyone who plays Halo lol I’ve noticed it might be because I’m om BTB and that horrible framerate issue seems to be worse than ever

I literally just played a match of BTB and got some perfect kills in 4 shots with the BR.

Lol settle down lad, I never said it wasn’t connection related, and I never said its definitely changed to 5 shot, I’m more implying that 343s servers are -Yoinked!- AGAIN. Nothing else is having even the slightest problem. “Miscounting”. Jesus Christ I’ve played thousands of matches I know when I am and am not hitting the right amount of shots.
I miss a lot of my shots with the BR. Trust me, I do. But when I manage to pull Perfects, even now, it’s 4-shot. Recommend doing what the guys before me said and testing this in Customs.

Where do you live?
I’ve been on the receiving end of a number of three shot perfects when playing on foreign servers. Yeah, I know its technically 4, but you never see the first one hit. That said, I’ve had my fair share of 4 shot perfects where I’ve only landed 1 shot on target from my POV.
Foreign latency is a harsh mistress.
