Has anyone successfully used the Nova FX?

I’ve tried different FX with Nova but I’ve been unable to make it work. Why do they have it and has anyone made a successfull map with it enabled?

I’ve played on Zombie maps which have used it decently.

Try Juicy + Nova or even Orange + Nova
Me and my friend seemed to find an acceptable balance here.

Nice map. Which FX, Next Gen?

I think we used a Nova Juicy combo, I’d have to go back and check what it is. I do distinctly remember that nova is in the mix though.
