I have posted 3 posts asking for help from 343.
The only time anyone got in touch was when I bumped a post and they told me not to.
They still didn’t reply though lol.
Some topics of this forum section is burn on feedback… but there’s no signs of 343!
All they seem to care about is moderating posts that are bumping threads that are being unanswered. We now know that they are ignoring everyone.
343 is ignoring everyone. One of the most popular topic since last week is the latency problem with everyone worldwide. And we receive NONE answer from them…
I still can’t play at all. Every game I start I lag out and get dropped, not just once and awhile every game I try and play
They are busy creating more req packs for people to spend their money on than worrying about the people having major issues. They can keep creating those packs, but if they don’t fix the issues they won’t have anyone around to actually buy them…
I will no longer buy another game from them. I do not support companies that ignore their customers. You are losing customers by treating us this way 343.

Juts for those not aware the monitors here are just volunteers / community members, here to help keep the forums clean. They aren’t able to resolve issues like these, though most do provide help where they can (on that note I’m just a regular community member myself)

Why are they the only ones on here then? Where is the actual forum team?
We want answers!!!
Still waiting to be able to find matches like I used to be able to before the EU/UK server changes that were made recently. Never had a single issue before the last update, now playlists such as BTB I cannot find any matches unless I play with my American friends. These “improvements” to the servers for EU players seem to have caused so many problems for a lot of players.
What is more important than players being able to play your game? Do they really NOT have staff that monitor and post on the forums? Seems not, absolutely shocking
I bought the premium REQ bundle and still haven’t gotten all the req packs. Many other people have this problem and have not been helped either. Spent extra money to receive nothing? Not ok.

If your questions were anything like:
- I did nothing to get banned!
- 343 your servers are broken!
- Warzone req pack ripped me off!
- I hate you 343!Then you wont be getting support because there is no reason to or there is already a sticky with your answer. And yes, I have gotten help from support before and it was because the question was valid and I wasn’t being an -Yoink- about it.
I can’t find any matches for 5 atm, says something like they could not find any servers that were suitable for my fireteam, it’s just me. I don’t betray, I don’t frequently quit or lag out. what the hell is it’s major malfunction?

Even though 343 might not be too active on the forums guys like stckrboy do an amazing job here

Yes welcome to Waypoint and support section where legitimate “support” issues will be totally disregarded. I have been posting about severe latency issues I suffer only whilst playing Halo 5. The support section I received no support. I then posted in Halo 5 general discussion and still got no help, best you can hope for is to be condescended to by a Monitor and then get a ban.
Still can’t play Halo 5 with any enjoyment and still received no support. Ohh well I can play EVER other game I own no problem.
They really need to monitor and respond in these forums, well that’s if they want to retain loyal customers.

Excuse me you are the one being a -Yoink-, when peoples issues are totally ignored then understandably you will get posts like this one. It’s a fair question.
I know myself that there is no support in the support section. 343 apologists and ignorance make this community a disgrace. My love of Halo and it’s community sadly sours everyday.
Who gives you the right to decide what’s “valid” or not, he can’t play the game. Seem pretty valid to me.
It’s because we didn’t buy the “DLC” inside joke from friends xD they don’t seem to care about our issues haven’t had a single response or even seen one at all!
