my guess is they haven’t even started sending them yet but i have to ask…anyone got an email yet?
i figure once they start going out, everyone will know but i haven’t seen anyone with any proof yet that they have even started.
i dotn know about anyone else, but i havent gotten anything yet. they were supposed to start sending them out today, so ive been checking it all day but whatever. im sure we will get the emails sometimes around next year

i have to think there is a more efficient way to do this than to send out a few thousand emails. that has to cost somebody time and money just generating the codes and sending the emails. even if it’s mostly automated, it has to be costing somebody money.
why not just open them for everybody who played before the 1st? i’m guessing then they would have had to open it for everybody.
I havent received yet, but im ok since im still sr58, long way till 70.

Been 70 for a few days now, I at least would like an update from 343 on this. It’s been a couple days since they said the emails would start going out with no results.

Its possible. I mean… I didn’t even see a heart 343i at the end of the Campaign. At least there was love from Bungie.

Nope, don’t really care though as I’m only SR40. Will probably be like 45 by the time I get the codes so it’s not bothering me much.

A few thousand?? Didn’t something like 4 Million unique players play the game within the first 24 hours? That’s a lot of e-mails.

the whole specialization cap seems Counterintuitive and bad for business. why would you ostracize your most hardcore players, many of whom showed up for midnight releases and have put in hours nearly every day to level up?
i get stopping boosters but why limit legit players?
IMO it’s a stupid way for this to go. I’ll be honest, I’ve wanted to play the new cod and I hate the series. I don’t want to play because of all the xp challanges and what not I’ll lose since I’ve hit 70. Love the game but I don’t really like how the company did this. I talked to microsoft and they said if you don’t recieve it there’s a possible 6-8 week wait. Haha bull -Yoink- my friends. I just hope they are a little more specific next game before they -Yoink- us again.
