I linked my Twitch account to my Halowaypoint.com account as directed. I watched all the Halo activities over the weekend, and Twitch says they are unlocked but they don’t show up in my inventory. I verified on Halowaypoint I’m connected and nothing.
I put in a ticket to customer service and they told me they have no clue what they are doing and cannot help me.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Did you claim the items from the “drops” menu on Twitch?
Yep. All items say they have been claimed. I’ve been using Twitch for years so I’m very familiar with how the service works. Not sure why it won’t work with Halowaypoint. I am more disappointed Halowaypoint either won’t help or doesn’t know how to help. The problem from everything I’ve seen is on their side.

Perhaps Twitch has a customer service team you could reach out to? I rarely use Twitch so I’m not sure.
Ever since that one post from Snickerdoodle I think it was, my twitch drops have been going into my inventory the instant I claim them.
