I am rank 149 I think on Halo 5. No idea how anyone hit 152. 
You had 6 years man.
If you played it every day.
Last I checked, you have to get to SR 152 before your first game of Halo Infinite to get the cosmetics.
I completed it well before it closed. I just know some started pretty late, and they assumed they could continue the grind after Infinite dropped.

If it weren’t for lack of M/KB support, this may have incentivized me to go back and grind 152 out lol

I got my SR 152 in Halo 5 a long time ago.
Long before the deadline.
I do not see any email giving me a code to redeem and the redemption history doesn’t show the redemption of anything related to a Guardian’s Bounty.
It just again shows the quality of anything 343i touches
You should’ve have it long ago. Got mine within the first week. There should be no need to check anywhere because it happens automatically once it’s visible in the history so if it was there you’d have ‘watchdog’ coating in your armour and weapon options by now. Send a support ticket.
My very last match I played in Halo 5 was on 4/27/21 - and I got my SR 152 long before that.
As I said, not surprising me at all I missed out.
The only question is was this just another “bug” or is there a “retaliation” list for those who call out failure where it happens?

Click submit a ticket about 2/3 the way down.
You do not get an email and you MIGHT not get a link. You should have watchdog armour and weapon coatings. If you do not, send a support ticket and stop the tin foil hat list nonsense, I’ve criticised 100 times more than you and I’m on no list 
already submitted a ticket.

So I stand corrected - it appears there is no bug.
It is more like the ancient MSFT joke “it’s not a bug - it’s a feature”
It appears you have to actually click on your “Reach SR 152 in Halo 5: Guardians” badge in your Waypoint profile to activate the Guardian’s Bounty.
