So i was playing a match of dominion with my friends and i noticed that i could only use the default loadouts and that i did not have my normal armor and weas instead at the basic recruit armour, so i left the game to find my self at SR1 rather than SR75 i was worried i had been reset for some unknown reason, yet all my armour’s there and loadouts i turned off my xbox diconnected and re connected to XBL and nothing seems to be working. any ideas?

For whatever reason, you’re not able to communicate with Halo 4’s servers nor is anyone else you’re playing with. So you’re simply put in matches without any loadout or armor configurations.
I had these problems in H3 my armour changing or disappearing. My Katana chest plate would disappear and one time my friend got it without the achievements because of me.
Idk how the problem can be resolved.

its a server issue, give it a couple of hours. happened to me last week. I was SR1 and couldnt check my stats online for 2-3 hours.
alright, so what you guys are saying is that its a server bug? i guess that would make sense. thanks for the replies.
I’ve experienced the same thing several times. Usually it happened when my connection dropped a little bit. It should resolve its self overtime but I can’t really make any promises. For me it set me back to SR 1, Recruit Armor, no custom loadouts, it stayed for a while but fixed itself overtime. There was one day it just did it all day and finally fixed itself the next time I got on a day later. I can’t really tell you how it happens but I believe it’s just a glitch or error and will fix its self eventually.
This issue is quite common unfortunately. Simply restart your Xbox
