The promotional ones specifically. I have yet to receive the req packs for both the visor that came with my controller and the promo ‘experience’ set of videos from a few weeks ago. It’s not the end of the world-bad , but it is mildly irritating. Especially the visor since thats half the reason why I chose the chief controller over the lunar one.
I still haven’t gotten my preorder req pack yet either, Microsoft support says it should be fixed tomorrow at the latest
