Has anyone else noticed this? Pretty awesome of Bungie.

Carter - A259: Leader of Noble Team - Died with his pelican
Catherine - B320: Brains of the team - Died by a headshot
Emile - A239: His knife was a signature feature for him - Stabbed to death
Jorge - 052: Demolitions expert - Died by being blown up
Jun - A266: Played by stealth - Status is unknown/missing
Noble 6 - B312: Lone wolf - Died alone

Played through the campaign the other day again, just thought about this as I was playing through the deaths of each character.

Don’t know if they did it on purpose. Still cool if you think about it.

What a coinkadink.

Cool.

Reach’s campaign is just awesome. Bungie really closed their chapter with Halo on a very high note.

This x10000000

Thats awesome!

Is it bad that I still kind of hope that Jorge is alive somewhere? Just imagining him getting slipspaced to a planet and surviving on it until he could get rescued. I know the whole thing with Noble team is that they all supposedly died nobly, but still, it would be awesome if he appeared again later on, maybe running into John in the new trilogy, like I hope the Spartans with Dr. Halsey do someday.

Great OP! Man, I and thought the fact that the Reach Legendary statue went in the order of their deaths was cool… this might be even moreso, lol. :wink:

Grim

Well it’s nice to know that the Campaign’s story had some structure.

Saw this exact thread on Bnet several months ago. In fact, it might have been in late 2010. Either way, meh.

Also, Jorge didn’t “blow up”, he just got sucked through a slip-space portal.

Very cool. Love this kinda stuff :slight_smile:

Get a mop ready, cuase I’m about to blow your mind.
Noble team each personifies a different aspect of Master Chief.
(in no particular order)
Carter = leadership
Jun = long range
Emile = close range
Jorge = strength
Kat = intelligence (this is Cortana’s part, but they mostly fight as one anyway)
Six = deadliness (they are both hyper-lethal vectors)

Boom.

Jorge wasn’t the demolitions expert.

> Jorge wasn’t the demolitions expert.

Yeah he was, Carter was the leader, Jun the scout, Emile the CQC expert, Kat was intelligence, Six was kind of the swiss army knife of badassness, and Jorge handled heavy weaponry and explosives.

Wow, very nice find. Interesting indeed.
