So I’ve been noticing the last like 60 matches my Ai has been interacting with me as Butler when my actual selected Ai is Iratus, like no offense to default Butler Ai but he’s not my selected Active Ai so why am I hearing him in all my matches. I’m tired of hearing Butler if I wanted Butler I would’ve selected him, but no I have Iratus selected so I should be hearing Iratus not Butler.

Speaking of AI Voices, which is the feedback I have already provided, I use CIRC and get BUTRL instead.
Plus, in Italian some AI voices have… different voice actors??? Like FRET, who has now a male and female voice, two super distinct tones.

I noticed this issue too. I think it kicked in with the Winter Update.
Another issue I’ve noticed is that a lot of the Stances in the game use default weapon coatings and remove all attachments and charms on them. It’s not every one, but it’s a good chunk of them that do this.

Ya I remember this issue happening a few times now after different updates.
I play mostly BTB does anyone know why we don’t get the default halo announcer (can’t remember his name) voice all the time, at times we get the female voice?

Yeah it’s happening more often than before, I have LUMU but Butler keeps talking

My guess is that they used BUTLR internally as a placeholder, and added the rest at launch as a patch.
…and the software likes to jump back to BUTLR as the comfortable default,

That’s a feature that’s likely to stay. At first they used the female VA for multikill medals too, but people complained so they changed to the male announcer, but they specifically said the rest of the lines will be narrated by the female VA.
Between this and Mister Chief reverting to BUTLR at random I’m losing my -Yoink!- mind in BTB, I’m real tempted to turn off Voice volume altogether. I’d also love to stop hearing the final cheesy lines “ANOTHER VICTORY SPARTAN!” “WE CAME OUT ON TOP!” and the like at end of each match.
They really need to sort this stuff out.

Yes also when it happens to me my spartan’s voice goes from female to male for that match

It also changes your Spartan voice settings back to default every now and again too.
It’s still an on-going issue as the last few days of playing I have to manually change it every time I launch the game.
That seems extreme to me. At most, I’ve only had to enter a new match and it returns back to Fret as opposed to BUTLR. If yours has been changing in the menu to BUTLR (not just during a singular match), definitely submit a bug ticket as this seems irregular to the other bug.
It does happen, especially in the match right after you switch the armor core.
Mine does this quite often, also Iratus does not even have any sound for me, thankfully i dont use him and use Fret but it either uses another voice or is just quiet randomly and often. The only way I know to “reset” it is to change to a different AI then back to your previous one, that seems to make it work for a little bit before it glitches again

Yeah, it’s changing every time I launch the game. Also like Khaos Agent said in the thread, Iratus doesn’t even have a voice in the menu and missing the preview feature. I’ll submit a ticket.
