Has anyone actually came back from a warzone match by destroying the enemy core? Like when you’re losing by 400+ and then Palmer says “It’s not too late we can still destroy the enemy core” so then your barely wins by destroying the core. I’ve never seen this happen and I’m curious to see how many people have.

Yes.
Map: Apex 7
Active Camo III
Speed Boost III
Pool of Radiance
DMR
Spawn at East Armory, approach the sniper perch leading out of Blue Base. Clamber up into it, crouch, sneak inside. Hope that some of your team has followed you in and is doing the same.
Get a chill when the base shield suddenly pops up behind you, preventing the rest of your strike team from heading in.
Use DMR to dispatch visible Marine guards, don’t shoot any enemy Spartans… yet.
Sprint like a fool, jump inside the main room, and bombard the everlasting hell out of the core before your AC runs out.
Enemy team was busy pressing their advance against our team, which had formerly controlled the area outside Blue Base, ignored the rear entrance. Suddenly there’s three guys with Damage Boost and Kinetic ARs/BRs vomiting hardlight rounds everywhere, and the core vanishes in a plume of green explosions.
Moral? Watch the sniper entrance on Apex 7, for it does not matter how many tanks you might have outside the base, nor does it matter that you have two Phaetons roaming around, if your core abruptly ceases to exist.
Of course, this is heavily reliant on your team being able to push up and capture all three bases, thus exposing the core in the first place.
battle of N. 800 to 300, enemy team wanted the warden so me and a friend both got fuel rods and a scout hog, and it was a pretty fast and easy core destruction.
Yes it is possible.

I know it’s possible I was just wandering how many people have done it.

Depends. Doing it as a solo player is next to impossible, especially since randoms tend not to be very “inspired” by Palmer. In a group? I’ve done it a few times, but for every comeback I make there’s another 100 games I don’t.
We were SO close to doing it a few days ago, down by 300 but with OUR core exposed so I called in a mongoose and went to the East Armory away from our base and captured it. Our team then proceed to capture back both the west armory and the garage and we charged the core. We had it down ~10% but then we started the cycle of the enemy recapturing one of the other armories then we take it back for the next 7 minutes. A teammate and I in a sword wraith made it right inside their base but as soon as we did…they reach 1000 points and won. Oh well, it was still an epic game.
Yea, several times and both with a team and solo searching.
Yep, it only requires coordination
I have done it twice and it has happened to me twice.

Yeah, once
