In the recent update the hardcore playlist was removed and I would like it to be back in the game please.

It’s going to be coming back in the near future. We have a very small playlist selection right now as the world is downloading a 73GB update. Once more users are online and playing we will be updating to add Team Hardcore and many more playlists in.
