Hardcore Playlist (MLG Style)

Thanks 343 for a great game, I am a seasoned Halo veteran (harsh critic) and was thoroughly impressed with all the you had work and how the game has turned out.

It is a bummer that MLG opted out of halo 4. Any shot that a hardcore matchmaking playlist could go up? I know they usually aren’t the most popular but blam! MLG lets have some competitive H4!

Yeah i would love to see a playlist like this based around the MLG settings they have now… and of course have it ranked…

We plan to bring back Slayer Pro (or a version of) that will be fine tuned and provide the best competitive experience. More specifics will be posted sooner to playlist launch.

Yes! Thanks for the fast replies!

Can you say anything about the playlist being rotational or permanent?

Any chance that the playlist could encompass other competitive gametypes other than slayer? Team Hardcore for H2 was the best, with epic games of competitive play including oddball, CTF, and King of the Hill.

Again I know that the popularity of this playlist is small, but competitive, no radar objective games are amazingly fun.

Again thanks for an amazing game.

  • To clarify, Slayer would obviously need to remain in the mix as well.

can we just use ghost’s v2 settings for it, his settings have already been through 1-2 months of testing of whats good and whats bad lol

where can I find a description of those setting?

Button combos (BXR!) anyone?

We are still finalizing the details of this playlist, but plan to include objective variants into the voting options.

awesome thanks!
