Yeah I agree, hardcore mode would be epic except, I think the shields would need to stay on in modes that include vehrcles, overwise your just going to have a bad ride. And a hardcore mode with shields wont be so bad neither I believe, perhaps reduces strenghs for ranked games.
I think it should be more like hardcore mode in battlefield games. No motion sensors, No giant X’s displayed when your team mate dies, No kill cams, the stealth element of halo has never been fully respected in my opionion. If you kill a guy infront of you, the next 3 guys through the wall round the corner know your there, come on guys seriosly lol.
