…this game is going to “feel like Halo”.
It’s just gone so far off the rails from a fundamental Halo gameplay perspective.

It’s not run and gun anymore, which makes it more interesting and fun in my opinion.
You give no fleshed out arguments, nothing much to argue about. And people who played it said halo 4 feels like halo 2/3 gameplay wise.
Well, nobody likes fundamentalists. You just have to look outside the box! A Halo cake with a bunch of sprinkly rubbish and whipped cream and whatnot on top is still a Halo cake! You just have to scrape it all off, and that’s what classic playlists are for!

That was also before they saw any of the specializations.

Those people are hard to believe.
Movement and gun-play will feel like Halo, sure, but that’s all that’s left. It’s a very different game through and through.
Please ignore this reply

I can’t believe it’s come to this.
It’s almost as if 343 is embarrassed by Halo.

Well they did, kind of. Specializations are just extra levels, what comes with them are armour mods, which were in the all versions of the game that were played, so essentially, it wasn’t.

BOOM!
I agree

I’m actually not sure whether my comment was sarcastic or not. I don’t even know if your reply was critical or not. I’m very confused at the moment.
Life is an ever changing thing, and halo is no exception to that rule. It’s comparable to “phases” People go though as they age. You are a certain way when you’re a child, then a different way when your a teenager, then when you reach adult hood, you may or may not have changed.
Everything goes Though change, the more you learn to except that, the better you handle the changes. As long as you hold on to the past, You will never move forward. It’s like telling yourself that you are going to hate something before you experience it, and the outcome is going to be, “I hate this.”
Let the past go or you can sit here and debate about how fundamental halo is superior to everything in the planet.
and I’m probably going to be attacked for this.
Waiting for it.
It’s a strategy game now.

You are the target audience for Halo devs now.

A very tasty analogy. Now excuse me while I go eat cake.

Neighbor, T2, Naded, Elamite, Bestman, Bravo, Walshy, Goofy.
Your right. These pros are hard to believe.
Just because the game has AA’s and perks doesn’t mean the game cannot be balanced and made competitive. Its sad to see you complain consistently both on MLG forums and here when we all know you’re going to buy the game man. Someone who isn’t going to buy the game wouldn’t spend this much time on multiple forums revolving around this game. It’s gonna be better than Reach and probably better than H3 and I haven’t even played it yet. But then again my opinion is no more valid than yours:)

But… What if the cake is a lie?
I couldn’t resist…

The playtesting so-called pros of the game will not openly bash and critcize the game. They are going to sugarcoat things for you so you take it like a nice piece of candy and believe that there’s nothing wrong with the game.

I believe them least of all. They need halo to make a return to make money. They are selling snake oil.
