Hard Drive won't let me get in a Multiplayer Game.

Hello, when my hard drive is in my Xbox 360, and when I get into a lobby on Halo 4, it always says “Restarting Search”. Anyone know why?

I got a few reasons

1.Poor internet service
2.Nobody in the playlist suggested
3.Or 343 having problems with servers
What company provides your internet? i suggest CentryLink or DishNet a $40 - $50 a month i know this is expensive but i use DishNet and i have no problems connecting in matchmaking! may restart search once or twice but i get into matches.
