What are the rules to earn this achievement in Solo Campaign? They can’t die yes but What else?
They can die, but you can’t let your whole team get wiped. If you get a game over or have to reload a checkpoint, the achievement is nullified. My bit of advice: don’t worry about picking up your squad and prioritize surviving; they come back eventually. If it’s down to just you, find a safe corner and hide until your squad respawns. Don’t put yourself too far out into danger because your squad probably won’t be able to get to you safely most of the time.
There are some cheesy ways to decrease the difficulty when playing solo, but I think you should attempt to get the achievement without any shortcuts. You can always search for hints and tricks on google, if it is too much for you.

You mean, for example I’m the final fight against the three Wardens, it can happen than they will die. But ok I kill the three wardens and Kelly and Fred died in the fight, so I would have to wait they respawn and then I finish the level?

Yeah, pretty much. Though if you manage to get rid of the Wardens, your squad should come back instantly. But the point is, your squad mates can die, all three, but so long as you all four don’t die or that
you don’t reload a checkpoint, you should still qualify for the achievement.
