After a couple of users have reported the problem on TrueAchievements and XboxAchievements, I’ve too noticted that after the last couple of updates the Harbinger achievement (Complete The Breaking on Legendary without the entire fireteam dying) is not unlocking. I’ve completed the mission solo twice and it didn’t unlock.
I hope we don’t have to wait for the next big update for a fix.

I thought that was a co-op achievement?

It is not stated in the description, and months ago people have been able to unlock it solo. A couple of days ago a fellow friend of mine did it twice in coop with another friend and none of them unlocked it.
I made it! Turns out that can’t use the “Reset to last checkpoint” option even if you get downed. That voids the achievement.

Dawn I’m sure when I did it is used the reset to last checkpoint, that was within the first month though!
