Hannibal Weapons

343 should really make some Hannibal weapons, imagine a shotgun that fires lasers or hydra with Hannibal missiles. Plus it would look like the UNSC is finally catching up with the Covenant and Prometheans in terms of technology and moving away from bullets.

You have cancer.

While a cool idea on paper, these weapons would be impractical in practice (despite their firepower). Only vehicle-mounted platforms can successfully support the needs of Hannibal weaponry, and handheld versions would be expensive and cumbersome to handle as a Spartan (or as an Elite for that matter).

Really? What does it take to make these things work?

Don’t say things like that here.

Imagine a Hannibal Target Locator. That would be so op. Although what if its a Hannibal Attachment.

The only thing that I can imagine from this, is the Hammer of Dawn from Gears of War.

I am thinking like a kinetic bolt like attachment. But just that it makes the Damage buff up on Spartans and Vehicles.

Just saying those would be kind of to OP. You would be walking across a map and then BAM! Your dead out of no where

Oh they’d be balance or at least there should be. I’d be more of an aesthetic or mechanical change versus a full on buff

So basically like the Nornfang and Halo 2 Beamrifle Delta?

So true Sylxeria

Sorry but, this isn’t Star Wars

Halo has had light sabers since CE and the force since H4… it is already too late.

I’d dare say the Delta is more powerful the first time I got it i killed a Banshee and two Wraiths one of which was an ultra, can’t get much more OP than that.

Lol I got banned for a week =(

Agreed, I tink ONI weaponry would be the right step. The ONI vehicles look really nice and have amazing, partially explosive rounds that glow red when fired. I think this would be the correct step for Humanity nor we are becoming more advanced, ONI weapons still look iconically human, they just look slightly more advanced. Plus, having all of the vehicles and weapons in that gritty black paint would make modern Humanity feel more like ancient humanity. On a side note, though, I would really like to see Spartan armour return to a more militaristic vibe, Blacks, Greys and Greens. We need to see more of this in the UNSC, colourful Spartans are fine in multiplayer, but Blue, Pink, Red, Yellow and such Spartans look absolutely ridiculous in the Campaign and so on. The UNSC could look so badass and gritty again, but I have faith that 343 will make Halo 6 look more militaristic and have an art style more recognisably Halo and less Power ranger Esque. What say you?
