Hannibal wasps are unobtainable, whether this is in literally form or not I don’t know.
I have finished all my Reqs, unlocked the HW right after release and got one or maybe two from packs, and have never seen one afterwards. I know there was an update to make the ONI Wasp more common, so that might’ve been the root of this problem.

I feel your pain. Legendary items are tough to get your hands on. It is very seldom I get legendary items but that makes them all the more sweet when you get to use them. Maybe a weekly quest system could build up to a mythic pack where you login and complete the daily quests. I E “play an infection match” or “win a mythic firefight match”. On a side note when I see a team mate with a mythic item I will follow them and do my best to protect them. Then if they die you tried to help and can prob grab their gun and crack off a few shots with it.
Meanwhile, I have 9 Hannibal wasps and twice as many Phaeton Helios, this is the kind of world we live in folks.

Huh, so it’s not impossible to get? That’s comforting.
I haven’t unlocked it myself, but I do have 1 from that freebie pack when the wasp variants were released. They’re definitely rare from what I’ve heard, probably on the same level as the Helios. I did manage to get one from a random vehicles REQ card, so that was a fun surprise. Not so much for the opposing team lol
I normally get 10 to 15 gold packs at a time, and alternate with silver if I am getting junk. I do remember getting a hannibal wasp, recently, so I checked my inventory:
Hannibal Wasp - 19
Hannibal Scorpion - 32
Hannibal Mantis - 23
Phaeton Helios - 16
The odds of getting what you want are very low, because gold packs on average give 1 legendary vehicle, and there are 18 possibilities… Oh yeah and it is completely random.
It’s like the Helios, you won’t get em as often as their original variant.
I used all mine up. Though I mainly used them in firefight. Not really worth it in normal warzone.
I got a couple through the vehicle req pack—2 in the 5 packs I bought.
I went a month without a phaeton.

ONI Wasp is the one you want anyway
There are no REQs in the REQ pool that are impossible to get. You just don’t have the luck I guess.
Not impossible at all. I’ve got 18 right now? I feel like I get them quite often? Luck of the draw I guess.
You know what’s impossible to get? The stupid H2 BR. I’d trade every Mantis I have or will ever get if I could just unlock that stupid gun.
I have had a total of 5 Hannibal Wasps ever.
Oh well, just gives me the pleasure of splazoring down other players using them.

I have 25 Hannibal wasps. I haven’t been getting as much due to opening silvers so I can level up to 152.

The Hannibal’s’ bombs feel too short range for me, & never seem to help me vs another airborne threat. Oni Wasp, on the other hand is probably my single favorite air vehicle.
it’s not just Hannibal wasp. It’s oni wasp and the wasp variants and the phaeton variants are all hard to obtain. I 2 prophet banes in one pack but never a wasp not even one regular wasp.
I get a lot of Hannibal tanks. Mainly because I don’t use hardly any tanks. If I actually use a tank I’ll give it up and jump in the turret.
