ONI’s got rockets that lock on to vehicles, and its turret is good in short fires but overheats quickly.
Hannibal’s secondary is absolutely useless against aerial targets, but can be used in some clever ways. The charge up primary attack is pretty strong if used right.
They’re both pretty good, but ONI’s I feel has a bit of an advantage over the Hannibal when fighting other wasps and vehicles in general.
In a head to head fight, the ONI variant of a vehicle always wins. The ONI vehicles can just output damage faster.
