I was wondering what people would think about Hannibal Rocket Warthog? They probably would use the Hannibal Mantis Experimental Gauss like rockets.
Addition: What if we had a Sword Caster Warthog? (Goes into Rocket Warthogs)
Great idea! just hope 343 doesn’t go overboard with hannibal vehicles in the future, cause hannibal vehicles are very unique and special, and I’d hate to see them oversaturate and devalue the rest of the vehicles.

Has a Gauss Repeater, and is level 5 reqs. Has shields that cover the driver and warthog(not covering gunner). Armor is stronger.
BTW, the rockets are called Ion Missiles.

There’s an ONI variant for just about everything, so I wouldn’t be surprised if eventually there’s more Hannibals around as well. I don’t see a Hannibal Mongoose or Scout Warthog ever being a thing, and a Hannibal Gungoose is unlikely as well, but a Hannibal Warthog / Rocket Hog could possibly be a thing someday.
I’ve made a fairly complete list of the more down to earth ideas for Warthog variants (this is on the list) here. There are also some funny ones there too. This thread kind of already exists… But I am always down for more Warthogs. 
If there was a Hannibal Gauss hog, we could make it similar to the ONI one, but a weaker area of lingering affect. Any description ideas?

After many attempts at getting the perfect design, Hannibal emerges with their very first Warthog. Advanced Warthog with increased armor and regenerating shields. Rocket pods have been altered to equip Experimental ION missles that can track ground and air vehicles.
Or we can make it have a EMP Resister to recover quickly from EMP shots:
