So I boot up H5 today and I’m greeted with a 4.5GB update. After installing I restart my xbox and log into H5 to see oh hey hammer storm is live! Awesome so I go to open my arena premium packs (I already had everything unlocked that I could prior to opening these packs today) and all I get are req points…wtf game just wasted two of my premium packs. So I try opening a gold pack…same thing. I’m pretty pissed that I waited all this time to open these premium packs only to see them useless. Can I get some reimbursement for this?
I’m not using my reqs until I see the weapons and everything in my collection. I have 100% and have been waiting with hundreds of thousands of reqs so I can get the new stuff immediately. BTW don’t use your money.
As with each update, it always takes time for the new REQs to filter through. Give it a couple of hours and the new ones should hit the system. I think 2pm PST was the safe time that Bravo mentioned
Ok cool thanks for the help guys so is it safe to say that I’m not going to get these two premium packs back and I just lost 2/14 packs?
That’s correct I believe, I don’t think there is anything that can be done about that sorry

There’s your $3.57 lesson in not opening Req packs in the first few hours of an update, lol. Sorry to hear you lost those packs, but hopefully the experience will come back to you when Ghosts of Meridian drops next month. TitaniumMoped24 has the right idea: check your Req collection for available items (ICYMI, hit Y twice to filter out Reqs you already have) before opening packs during update roll-outs.

wow, I’m so glad I decided to check the Requisitions/ Collections first… I didn’t realize it took time on there end as well.

Yes I also herd that 2:00pm PST, so for me its 5:00pm EST so good things to those that wait!!
