Half a second for the sniper to shoot while on target?
Full second+ for hammer to swing?
Why can someone whip 4 grenades out faster than a single shot from the sniper goes off? I hear the shot go off and echo in the distance before the round ever leaves the barrel. I dont even want to get into the use delay of the hammer.
