Halsey's knowledge on Cortana in Halo 5

I haven’t seen anyone talking about this topic yet, but is anyone at least the slightest bit concerned about the fact that Halsey already knew about the presence of Cortana during the start of the Halo 5 campaign, going by the end cinematic of “Blue Team” where Lasky says “they’ve already got a team on it” also the cinematic straight after it, I mean unless they bring it up in the final issue of the comic, how the hell does Halsey know Cortana’s alive?

In the intel found during the first mission, it appears as though Cortana is trying to contact different Forerunner installations around the galaxy. I’m guessing since Halsey made Cortana, she knew it was her doing all this, despite doing it all from the Domain

Yep. This. She recognized Cortana’s signature and was trying to use the signal to trianglate her. Which piss Jul off to no end, for he was losing ships and men fighting the Promethians thinking Halsey was helping him find a item of great value to finally win against the Arbiter. When in the end she was just using him, just like with the Janous Key
