Okay, so I will explain it all and It is mostly I need help contacting someone online that can help me with the game and the situation. Okay, so I got my boyfriend the deluxe edition of Halo 5 when it came out, and he took the code for Warzone REQ packs, and I was fine with that since it was his. But, he put it on my Xbox since he doesn’t have one right now. Well, after a while I wanted to start playing, so I wanted the REQ packs and when I tried to buy it, it said “You already purchased this.” So I went on Xbox website, and tried to get it on there. I can’t wouldn’t let me. So I tried everything else, I deleted my profile, I deleted Halo 5, I deleted the addon and then tried again, I contacted Xbox support, I put forms on here like 7 times now and still NOTHING. No one will help me contact someone that works with Halo, no one will answer me on here, like I said. I had this since it came out, and I played it like a week after and I been trying to contact someone but nothing is working, I don’t know who or how to contact someone on here or 343. I just need help and my last solution is buying another game… I don’t want to but I am not buying one unless someone that works with Halo tells me to. I just need help contacting someone, or if someone from Halo or 343 can help and answer. Please help guys, I tried everything and I just want them packs to help out sometimes. My boyfriends gamer tag is AwfulXboxer4 . He has the pack, but when I wanted to buy the pack on there it says I already purchased it when I didn’t. When I tried online says I can’t because “under aged” for some reason when I am an adult on Xbox, but when I try to do it on Xbox it says I already purchased it when I didn’t. I just don’t know if I have to get a whole new game or what I should do.
Is there anything that you can see what is going on, or is it resulting I have to get a whole new game?
