I am trying to watch videos on the front page, such as the recently released rundown of Cortana, yet the video doesn’t load. I am sure I have Silverlight installed and no prompts are available, some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

When you go to this page, what happens specifically? Do you even see the player? If so, have you tried clicking on the play button?
I clicked the link, I see nothing, the section where the vid should be shown just goes completely black

Just tried Google Chrome, didn’t work there either
Sorry if I’m being vague, I just really don’t see what I can do to fix this.
I’ve got Silverlight installed, and HAVE watched vids here before, so I’m confused as to why it isn’t working now.

Try pressing CTRL + F5 on the page.

Tried that, didn’t work, do you think there is anything wrong with Silverlight? Do I need updates or something?

Try re-installing Silverlight and see how that goes.
