Now bear in mind this is just an idea and speculation, I don’t think anyone has brought this up (but then again not been active recently)
Moving to the point, the recently revealed cover, along with its waypoint video, had the same music that we heard in the soundtrack snippets that were released, but it started with a chant of sorts that was more high pitched and a faster rate.
Now has anyone picked this up and thought anything of it? Because maybe it is 343 hinting at our new chant them?

I hope it’s not because i hate the high pitched chant… Other than that it sounded fine. Maybe this is the new theme. Who knows? Only time will tell!

Well, the new ‘chant’ sounds like it’s going to make the new enemy terrifying, or at least try to. As for the music with the reveal of the ViDoc’s title, it was too electronic. Sounds like bloody Transformers or something. Yes, Forerunners are futuristic and electronic, but there has to be some core Halo melody and percussion under all the fizzing.
I feel like what we’ve heard is barely even scratching the surface. I doubt we’ve even got to the mediocre stuff yet, let alone the “good stuff”. If you listen to reaches soundtrack in particular, there plenty of good stuff, but there’s also more generic stuff that seems to be more to pass the time than anything else. I feel like were been hearing “time passing” stuff thus far.
