With the layoffs and 343I no longer having full control of the Halo franchise, is it possible for the next developers to start on Halo wars 3?

Halo Wars 3 would be nice, kinda sucks on my series s that 1 and 2 keep crashing so not bothering to buy them as no longer seems to be any support on fixing them for next gen.
