Halos 5 Fotus class armor Not showing up!!!

I got the halo 5 xbox one the game downloaded and the reach series and I enter the code in for the Fotus class armor and it’s Not showing up!!!
Anyone having this problem also??? Not cool!! Please don’t let this be some kind of sign for things to come=( Please if anyone can help I’d be so happy I need my unicorn outfit lol. Thanks guys my email is <mark>email removed by moderator</mark>

I have the same problem. My Fotus armor nor the emblem are not showing up.

Try opening a few REQ packs. Specifically any that are promotional.

Check your REQ packs, they should be in the promotional ones. :slight_smile:

Mine is still not showing up and I don’t see any promo REQ packs.I have the halo 5 Xbox one. I’ve try re-entering in the codes but of course it states already entered!
This is crazy as it should not be this difficult to access!!!

I have bathe same issue so maybe returning my console and getting a new one won’t help. Microsoft told me the code was redeemed on 6/01/15 before halo was out. 343 can’t just be taking people’s money like that did they resolve the issue for you or are you also in this -Yoink- situation.

So wait, what do we do about this? I have had the game for a few days now and no promo packs have come with the Fotus armor. The code worked but nothing’s shown up.
