well if this were true that would mean i would absolutely love halo 5 but I don’t so…. 
and halo 3 brought way more gameplay stuffs to halo than halo 2 so…… yeah….
and halk 2 has by far the best story while halo 5 has the worst

The comparisons are shallow at best. Still fun tho.
I stand by notion that, whether or not you liked it, Halo 5 branches out into many new character arcs much the same way 2 did. Very similar in that regard, again, even if you thought they did it poorly.
Tbh, Halo 2 and 5 are my favorites in the series overall. Halo 3 felt like a step down to me (it felt sloppy and clunky compared to H2s crisp smooth refreshing lemon-lime taste). Infinite, on the other hand, feels like it’s carrying the best of all of them in careful balance; a true candidate for a new golden age.
