Maybe someone here had the same problems and can help me. When I go to www.halolivingmonument.com, I’m always being told that my “device is not supported”. This is even more weird since I end up on the warning site for mobile devices, i.e. http://www.halolivingmonument.com/en/upgradewarning.aspx#mobile, even though I’m on my PC.
By now I’ve tried all the browsers suggested on the PC-specific “does not work” site (remove the #mobile part from the URL), i.e. Firefox (8.0 and 9.0.1) and IE9 (32-bit and 64-bit), and I even installed the latest versions of Chrome and Safari as suggested. Still, no dice.
So, anyone know what’s wrong and how to fix that? Thanks! =)
