Everytime that i try to star the games say that i don`t have multiplayer privileges

uninstall the game and install. I know, that sucks, but it will fix the issue. You or someone probably tried to change the ownership or permissions on the folder it is installed in, and it got mad at you. Happened to me.
If 343i could please add the option when downloading to choose our language preferences, we could avoid downloading around 10GB of data!!! (part of the reason people try to chnage permissions on the folder - to delete all that crap!!)
