halo5's matchmaking failed

hi:
i’m newbie of halo, the halo5’s match making is very low lag cause its only seach players in same region, this is good when this region have enough player online.
but if not have enough players in this region(eg. china or other asia region), the machmaking will failed, its always happens in middle night or morning.

i could search for matchmaking in 30 seconds only happens in 16~24 , in other time can find players or take very long time or matchmaking servals times which its feel bad, as i know lots of people buy xbox one just wanna play halo, but this kinds of situation happens in asia cause don’t have lots of halo fans compare in us or en.

as we know the master chief collection’s match making is search from all over world which don’t have the problems of lack of 8 players for slayer mode or other.

i suggest that if no enough players in local region could search from other regions, before matchmaking ping other regions eg: i am in asia , ping asia 30ms, eu 100ms, us 150ms, when marchmaking failed cause of no enough players in my local region, could seach from eu, according the ping value sort, choose the less lag region to serach players, i means first search in local, when local failed search in the region list with ping sort.
i wish this could solved the matchmaking failed problems.

and the arena have rank system, when some region don’t have lots of player online, i wish the server matchmaking the low rank with high rank when low rank don’t have enough low rank player to match or high rank don’t have enough high rank players to match, if the lower rank team win the highter rank team, give the lower team more rewards , if the higher rank team win the lower rank team give them less rewards, this could solver the matchmaking failed situation when players don’t have similar rank players online and this could let the lower ranks player learned from high rank players.

another suggestion: can you remove the arena and warzone subtitle in multiplayers ? i means combine all multiplayer types in list just like mcc if possible.

i am really like the halo5 either the multiplayer, i want the halo be the best halo, we want better multiplayer matchmaking experience in asia. i wish i could play halo5 all day without matchmaking failed(cause of lack of players).

sorry for my bad english. thanks.

its nearly 2 am in hongkong, matchmaking cost very long time, in 3~8am the matchmaking for arena will fails becuase lack of players in asia, please solve this for players in asia, thanks.

in daytime and early morning still hard to matchmaking in asia but mcc could, please improve this thanks

Hi there, I am playing in Mainland china. Here we have another kind of issues. All of them relative with the china’s greatwall… But during yestarday and today it seems is worse, cannot even reach the server. I hope tonight I can play as usually.

While the literary grace of our chinese friend here leaves a little to be desired, his point is clear. Likewise, in Australia at odd hours of the morning it is decidedly impossible to find matches. I’ve tried all arena game types on different days (including right now) and cannot find a game from the tried and tested range of 3am-7am. OP’s recommendation is also sound and logical. For the sake of the ability to play the game whenever i want (that i bought for $600AUD with console) whether or not there is a lag factor should be up to the players to decide and not up to your discretion to restrict play between global geographical segments. This poses a few considerations:

  1. Cant play or meet any prospective friends from other countries (apart from nz)

  2. Cant play whenever i want, which feels like a severe breach of my basic gaming rights.

  3. Doesnt cater to the needs of gamers with obligations at unusual times of the day.

  4. If anything this would drastically reduce the maximum number of players internationally at any given moment, numbering in the thousands.

  5. My search resulted in unable to join for the 7th time right now and its too early in the morning for me to continue but you get the point.

Goodnight.
