Halo 5 REQ system will crah multiple times per usage. I have had to play numerous games without any access to my rec system. I have been banned for leaving warzone games because I don’t want to play a 20 minuet game without RECs, Other times it will be slow to load up our will not load up until I leave the lobby and re enter, on rare occasions I have purchased rec packs just to have them glitch out and disappear. When playing war zone with an expanded lobby preference I have to leave and re enter the lobby to continue to find other games leading to me playing the same map multiple times. The halo server has on many occasions kicked me from games (mid game) for no apparent reason and from my fire team on a few occasions. The ammout of glitches in the lobby, RECs and servers makes this game almost unplayable. The fact that rec packs are advertised for purchase is a laughable concept when the game itself hardly works. I am very unhappy with my purchase of halo 5. I want either a refund on this game because it dose not work nearly enough to justify the price of purchase (or any purchase at all). Or REC pack bundles equivalent to the recommended retail price of the game at time of purchase. I want to receive personal contact from your costumier care team regarding this matter. Bummer. This happens to me too on occasion. Screen out, quit game totally on home screen. Wait a good minute when you open the game again (mess around with spartan appearance while you wait or something) and see if REQ boosts load before you start a game. Otherwise, hard reset (pull the plug) the Xbox and see if that helps. REQ’s should be preloaded on disc IMO, not server based… meh. Good luck. Also, being hard wired to the internet helps with open NAT if you aren’t already.
