I am starting a new thread since the search function doesn’t seem to work at all for me on these forums and there is no obvious post from 343 regarding this issue.
I understand that it is fairly widespread and has been reported before. SO if anyone has the info or a link on a resolution I would appreciate it.
I was playing Campaign with my buddy and all of a sudden I got an error message, “Halo 4 Servers are unavailable, blah, blah, blah…” At which point our game ended and we were no longer in the game lobby together. We were then unable to rejoin in the game lobby. And when I look at my profile in the lobby it shows me reset to SR1. If I go to matchmaking under INFINITY it looks like there are about 2000 people playing when its usually closer to about 30000+. If I go to SPARTAN HUB all my info, armor, loadouts, etc are still showing. When I log into WayPoint, it says I haven’t played the game yet.
So…WTF and how do I get it fixed. I can’t believe this issue doesn’t have a big fat button on the Waypoint login screen to get it resolved.
