I have been without Halo 4 matchmaking for 2 days on both accounts, could somebody please resolve this problem.

C/ Last played on Monday 26th at 15.00hrs GMT
D/ Rank 45 and 24
E/ Servers failed in match game
F/ Cannot connect to other players
G/ Cleared caches and rebooted xbox several times.
