So far Halo3 and Reach have it, do you think 343i will continue the tradition or maybe it was a Bungie tradition.
I personally hope it’s in Halo4 because it’s really the only helmet I liked besides MK5 
cough* cough* lawsuit cccccccaaaaaaauuuuuugggggggghhhhhh*, on a serious note bungie made a nod to an older series they made and 343 has no rights to that so we might not get a perfect security helmet but we might get something along the lines of it

Marathon’s IP is owned by Bungie. Unless Bungie gave permission to 343/ Microsoft to use images from Marathon/ Oni (which I doubt), we’ve seen the last of the related Easter Eggs in Halo 3.

There’s a reason they removed the marathon logo and replaced it with a monitor symbol for CEA’s logo.
All of the rights for Marathon is owned by Bungie, so no.
We will see no such Marathon/Security helmet or Hyabusa helmet as they are both based off of other video games not owned by Microsoft. Security helmet is based of off Bungies Marathon series and Hyabusa is based of off Team Ninja/Tecmos Ninja Gaiden. Bungie was granted the power to use the hyabusa because bungie allowed them to use a spartan in Dead or Alive 4.

this… also the marathon emblem is out because bungie knew they would hand over Reach.

honestly, i don’t think it will be in the game for the same reason 343 had to remove the marathon logo from Guilt Spark’s eye.

team ninja is very tight with xbox
there is no reason why the hyabusa helmet wouldnt come back. its as simple as shootin an email. Also since doa 5 is coming soon im sure they wouldnt mind the extra publicity
The Security helmet will likely return. It really only looked like the Marathon helmet in halo 3. In Reach they redesigned it so it wouldn’t look the same.
I’d rather they focus on creating their own designs for helmets.
