Disclaimer: this is a silly thread to imagine possibilities 
With today’s announcements of War Game map pack release schedule (Dec / Feb / Apr), we now have the complete picture for what I call the “first wave DLCs” that are consisted of the 3 War game map packs plus the season 1 of Spartan Ops, all to be released within half year after the release.
I can’t help but wondering what would happen to DLC after that. I imagine that Halo5 will not come out until at least Fall 2014. So, would 343 release more DLCs after this first wave? We already know that Spartan Ops season 2 might be coming (depending on how successful season 1 is), what else? Maybe more War Game maps?
My hypothesis: since each Halo title takes multiple years to develop, in order to keep players engaged they probably will have “seasons” of DLCs for both the Spartan Ops track and “War Game” track. What we have seen so far is the “season 1”.
