hi im having difficulty accessing the campaign mode on my new xbox live profile , i was able to play it on my old profile but it keeps telling me “Players failed to load content a player may be missing downloadable content” can anyone help me with this please? thanks
There are a couple of things:

You could have a corrupt profile, in which case you delete it and redownload. It will keep everything from the last time you were connected to xbox live.

You can try reinstalling wargames and spartan ops from the disc. It takes maybe 10 min.

You can wait for someone else with a better solution.
