Quick question, are there armor effects in Halo 4 like there were in Reach?
Example: Flaming Helmet, Inclement Weather, Birthday Party
No, so far.
I hope not. They’re were quite annoying.
But after taking multiple looks at the Spartan customization menu from videos, I don’t think they’re present in Halo 4.
