Halo3 MCC Par Scores/Par Times not recording Steam

Whenever I try for a par score or par time achievement in Halo 3 MCC, about 75% of the missions I complete don’t get recorded in Service Record or in-game, so the achievement doesn’t pop. Does anybody have a fix for this? Is this a known issue?

I have screenshots of completing The Storm and Floodgate, for example, with scores of 32,250 and 35,258, respectively, but Service Record does not show either of those best scores.

I had this same issue when earning mine. The only fix I know is to re-do the level.
