Hearing about “sunset” later this year I bought out my old 360 copy of halo 3 to sync my service record with waypoint.
After an eternity trying to get into a few matches and managing to play, my profile on waypoint hasn’t updated with my legacy stats, are there any known issues surrounding this?
Have currently played campaign, MP & forge but nothing seems to be making it update
A lot of players have reported that their legacy stats are not updating. I suggest submitting a ticket on Halo Support as they will likely tell you whether this is intentional or a bug.

Have made that the next avenue, got a response yesterday and the ticket is still open…hoping it can be resolved!
I did a support ticket that just linked back to the support forum.

At the moment, Halo Support can only offer help with in-game issues for these titles:
• Halo: The Master Chief Collection
• Halo 5: Guardians
• Halo Wars 2
With that being said, we understand the importance of the records, especially since they detail the history that you had with the game. I don’t want you to worry because we can still help you with your records. We recommend getting in touch with us using Halo Waypoint Support so that we’ll be able to assist you properly.

Don,t waste your time! Support is 100% useless with this topic and will tell you that they only offer support for game issues and not Waypoint issues! Apparently 343 does not have a Waypoint service team and or the support team does not communicate with the Waypoint team. Either way it is annoying that we have a service record that is not updating and support or anyone at 343 will offer any help or information.

I don’t know why you quoted me, but I don’t think anyone should really be worried about their legacy stats anyway. These games are all years and years and years old. If folks wanted sick stats they should have gotten while the getting was good and played the games timely.

I quoted you because I was responding to your recommendation to submit a ticket, which as I stated was no help. People are worried about their stats because I / we did play the game since the beginning, but for some reason the stats are not reflecting this on Waypoint. If you go back and play the disc version of the game then Waypoint should function properly and update your stats, but that is not happening. Support has ignored the issue and offered no help, which has frustrated people who have done everything correct and still do not have accurate stats.
Stats seem to be updating now.
I finished my Solo Campaign run on Legendary of H3 a couple weeks ago, and it registered on Wayopint.
For any title you are having issues with, try loading it up, playing a level, or a game of MP, and waiting a few hours.
It should update on Waypoint.
