Hello so im wanting to explain my ban im playing matchmaking and im winning and losing both and with my team losing in a game one of my teammates quit out and i get a message saying Your account has been permanetly banned and your console for 3 months. and it takes me out of the game, I’ve read all rules and stuff and cant match with any of them! Could someone tell me what is going on, and also my xbox has been freezing and lagging horribly could that be the deal?
