True but I don’t think we need Marty to recreate some of the originals , I mean CE anniversary was really amazing yet it’s also nice to have brand new tracks because to say the truth halo 4 didn’t sound halo-ish in terms of the soundtrack . In short , I’m saying 50/50 new and classic , can’t see it hurt anyone

Something between Classic and Neil Davidge would be awesome. I just want some classic tracks to return alongside the new ones to help achieve the Halo feel.

Volume 2 was the best the rest were like only remixes.
I would like to hear mix of classic Halo and Metroid Prime trilogy. Both fit very well with each other in my opinion (which is why I wanted Halo 4 to lean a bit towards Metroid) and both have very cool style. Prime has very atmospheric music while classic Halo gives a nice adrenaline rush. Trying to mix both would be very neat in my opinion.
However, I wouldn’t really want to hear same tracks mixed together. I want to hear completely new tracks, which follow the footsteps but don’t copy them.
